Congratulations on your acceptance to Concordia University, St. Paul!

By your admission to Concordia, you have completed the first step in ensuring an education that will allow you to grow as an individual in mind, body and spirit.

If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to visit the Concordia campus. Please click here to schedule a visit.

Now that you have been accepted, please complete and submit the list of items below.


Welcome Week

Welcome Week is our official kick-off to the school year. All new students will be notified of their scheduled move in time. Transfer students will arrive on campus Saturday, August 20, and first year students and commuter students will arrive Sunday, August 21. Once you're on campus, there will be many events and activities going on as part of Welcome Week. Check out the schedule for all the details!

When can I buy my books?
  • Books are available to be purchased now at the CSP Bookstore. (Be sure to check hours of operation). Books can also be purchased during Welcome Week, starting Sunday, August 21st.
When will I receive my laptop?
  • After your laptop training is complete and you receive notification from the Concordia Help Desk.
Can I arrive LATER than my assigned move-in time?
  • Yes, but all new students must arrive on campus by 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 21st.
Can I arrive EARLIER than my assigned move-in time?
  • No. The move-in times are coordinated to ensure maximum efficiency and ease for all students and families arriving on campus.

Register for New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation is your official welcome into the Concordia community! You will have the opportunity to register for fall semester classes, meet and mingle with faculty, staff, and students and learn about all the resources available to you at Concordia.

You will be mailed an invitation with your assigned dates as well as all the details for the day. Register online for this mandatory event.

Tuition Deposit

Admitted students are required to make a $100 tuition deposit to reserve their place in the entering class. (Non-refundable after May 1, 2011) Pay your tuition deposit online, in person, or by mail.

Financial Aid/FAFSA

After January 1, 2011 you are eligible to apply for financial aid. To apply, complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and choose Concordia, St. Paul using the code 002347. Approximately two weeks after submitting the FAFSA you will receive notification of your financial aid award package.

Housing Application

To request campus housing for the 2011-12 academic year, apply immediately.

When applying, review the Housing Agreement and return the completed Housing Application with payment of $125 (non-refundable after May 1, 2011). Submit payment online, in person, or by mail. The housing application will not be processed without payment.

Health History and Immunization Forms

Minnesota State law requires proof of immunization. You will not be allowed to register until the required documentation has been submitted.

Post-Acceptance Questionnaire

Although this questionnaire has no bearing on your admission eligibility, it helps ensure we have complete records for your enrollment and reporting of various data. Complete it here.
