The Questionnaire will help the study abroad advisors assist you in finding the program that best suits you and your academic needs!
The Course Approval Form needs to be filled out and discussed with your academic advisor. Once you have received necessary approval for all courses on the form, return the form to the CALL Center.
The Cost Estimate Sheet needs to be filled out by the student based on the estimated costs of their study abroad program. Students must go over the form with the CALL Center staff before discussing with their financial aid counselor.
The Study Abroad Petition Form is for students who would like to participate in a study abroad program outside Concordia's partner program options. Students must petition to use another program and demonstrate the quality of the proposed program as well as why none of the CSP programs meet the student's academic needs.
