All courses are evaluated and your honest input is valued. At the bottom of these instructions is a link to the evaluation form. Click on it to fill out an evaluation. In order to complete a form, you will be required to log into the system with a window such as the one shown above. Use your regular network username and password such as csp\username (Do not use the account for accessing classes in WebCT). This procedure assures that only registered students evaluate a class and that only one evaluation per student is counted. Should you not be prompted for a username, please close all web browser sessions and start over. Don't worry, your username will be separated from your responses before they are shared with the instructor. |
