Students withdrawing after 12PM ten (10) days prior to a class start date will be charged a 30% administration fee. Students dropping 21 hours prior to a one day intensive class or failing to attend will not receive tuition refunds. View policy details on the web site www2.csp.edu/scs : registration link.
Tuition is not refundable after 12PM the 7th day of an online or evening class.

Receipt of registration will be verified with students via email within two days of arriving in the Continuing Studies office. Please contact the Continuing Studies Office if you need a map, directions, or have not received a confirmation or cancellation email notice 10 days before the class start date.
 
By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Continuing Studies policies found on the Website at www2.csp.edu/scs and that I am responsible to maintain my schedule (email confirmations are a complimentary service) and I am responsible for payment of all collection of my account. This includes interest charges, collection fees of 33%, and attorney's fees.

I have read the Technology Agreement and understand the technology required to support Blackboard coursework used in in-class and online classes, and I verify I have it. I am aware there are assignments and out-of-class learning requirments, and that I must attend class sessions and complete assignments to receive a grade.
I understand that I am responsible to contact my financial aid counselor regarding financial aid availiblity.
I understand that the class registration, confirmation and cancellations are communicated via my Concordia email account or a valid email address that I check daily, as stated on the registration form.
I understand that by registering for School of Continuing Studies courses I am entering into a legally binding contract to pay all tuition and fees associated with this course including all costs associated with the collection of my account. This includes interest charges, collection fees, attorney’s fees, and any other related fees where applicable. Additionally, if I indicated "online payment" on the registration form then payment will be made within 14 days.
I have read the withdraw policy and I understand that I must submit a withdraw form to drop/withdraw from a class. I am aware that Continuing Studies online and in-class intensive courses are designed to be taken one at a time and there are no in-progress,incompletes or course extensions.
