advisors approval is required for traditional student to take SCS classes

I am earning credits toward enrollment in a BA program.
Current students please note: changing your course load may affect
your financial aid.
Please note: students should be registered for partnership training at least one week prior to class start date.
If the class does not show a ""CRN"" please leave that field blank.

Individuals seeking a non-credit training may contact the orgaizations directly.
After being registered for a partnership training class students must drop or withdraw from the course through the registrar.
Checks should be made payable to
Concordia University and sent with the completed registration form to:

Once registered students will receive contact from the training partner or see the class on their Blackboard account if delivered throug Concordia, not the partner organization.

I am aware there are assignments and out-of-class learning requirments, and that I must attend class sessions and complete assignments to receive a grade.
I understand that I am responsible to contact my financial aid counselor regarding financial aid availiblity, if applicable.
I understand that I am responsible to communication with the training organization and grading instructor.
I understand that
by registering for School of Continuing Studies courses I am entering into a legally binding contract to pay all tuition and fees associated with this course including all costs associated with the collection of my account. This includes interest charges, collection fees, attorney’s fees, and any other related fees where applicable. Additionally, if I indicated "online payment" on the registration form then payment will be made within 14 days.
I understand that I must submit a withdraw form to the Concordia registrar to drop/withdraw from a partnership training class or I will receive the grade earned and that there are no in-progress,incompletes or assignment extensions for these classes.
