Night in the Dome Kickball Tournament

Your youth group - grades 7th to 12th - is invited to attend a kickball tournament in the Concordia Dome over Sea Foam Stadium on the Concordia University, St. Paul campus.

When:		Friday, March 23, 2012: 6 p.m. - registration and opening prayer, all teams 6:30 p.m. - first game 10 p.m. - event concludes
Who:		Students in 7th to 12th grade
Where:		Concordia Dome over Seafoam Stadium Concordia University, St. Paul campus
Cost:		$25 per team
Registration: Registration deadline is Friday, March 9 Space is limited		Complete and mail the registration form along with payment to: Amy Scholz, Director of Church Relations 275 Syndicate St. N. St. Paul, MN 55104 Payment must accompany registration form when submitted to finalize registration. Medical forms may be submitted the day of the event. Only completed / signed medical forms will be accepted for youth to participate in the Kickball Tournament. Registration deadline is Friday, March 9 Space is limited
